i already download JSEBlood CCK 1.5 Current Release [21-November-2009] but i dont know how to install, i'm sorry because i'm very newbie

I too would like to ask some questions, but when I registered with www.jseblod-cck.com, the activation email contained a broken link that returned a 404.
Would you help to resolve this, please?
My username on the other site is the same as this one.
